The Experience
This workshop will explore the ethical considerations involved in providing teletherapy services. Participants will learn about the ethical guidelines and best practices specific to teletherapy, including issues such as informed consent, confidentiality, technological competence, and cultural sensitivity. By the end of the workshop, participants will be equipped to provide ethical and effective teletherapy services.
Presenter:
Monalisa G. Bryant, a distinguished Licensed Professional Counselor – Supervisor, is a dynamic speaker, consultant, and passionate mental health advocate dedicated to fostering dialogues and initiatives that champion psychological well-being and advocate for holistic approaches to promote personal and professional growth. With a diverse professional background, she has 10+ years of experience within the mental wellness field, spanning community-based programs, private practice setting, and the criminal justice system.
