Two hour sessions are typically useful when engaging critical steps in your private practice and systems to implement or change to better suit effectively managing your practice. This session can be useful when reviewing the following: - Learning how to use your Electronic Health Record (EHR)... I will personally walk you through all the software processes. - Defining or re-defining your business structure or model - Personalized walk through insurance billing and/or credentialing - Getting personalized assistance completing Insurance Enrollments in EHR - Understanding the hiring process, when growing a group practice - & so much more that can benefit your practices success
